Keynotes

Built for the main stage.

More than two decades inside advanced technology, from nanotechnology to AI-powered robotics, translated into a high-energy keynote built for leaders making decisions now.

Dr Michelle Dickinson delivers high-energy keynotes on artificial intelligence, physical AI, robotics, the future of work, innovation and the human capabilities that matter as machines become more capable. Built for executive audiences and major conference stages, each keynote combines engineering depth, live demonstrations and practical takeaways.

  1. Flagship keynote What happens when the machines can do the work? AI learned to think. Now machines are learning to act. Explore the AI and robotics keynote
  2. Curiosity as a catalyst In a world where machines can give us answers, the competitive advantage may be knowing which questions to ask. Explore the curiosity and innovation keynote
  3. Future-ready, not future-proof The future isn't something you can protect yourself from. It's something you need to become ready for. Explore the future of work keynote

Choosing the right keynote

Three talks, one question underneath all of them. Which one fits depends on what you need the room to do next.

  1. AI, physical AI, automation and how work is changing What happens when the machines can do the work?

For technology, manufacturing, infrastructure and workforce audiences who need to understand what today's machines can and cannot do.

  2. Innovation, culture and human capability Curiosity as a catalyst

For leadership, innovation and transformation programmes that need people asking better questions rather than supplying faster answers.

  3. Leadership, adaptability and organisational change Future-ready, not future-proof

For executive audiences navigating AI-driven change who need a way to build organisations that learn faster than the world changes.

How a keynote is tailored

Every enquiry starts with one question: what do you want the audience to think, feel or do when Michelle walks off stage? The answer shapes the examples, the stories and the emphasis, so a room of manufacturing leaders and a room of health executives hear the same argument built from their own world.

Before the event Michelle asks for the brief, the audience profile, the theme of the programme and anything the organisation is working through at the time. Run sheets are respected, AV crews are treated as colleagues, and live demonstrations are agreed in advance so nothing on the day is a surprise to the people running it.
